Day 91: Cardio (7.39km in 31:40min) |

Hi there readers, I’m back!
Well today was a wet day, and earlier run was unlikely any other days, as for one, its cooler!
But still both ways, hot or cold, I’m totally drenched after each run.
I don’t know if I sweat lesser in cooler climate, and the drench on my outfit is either my sweat or the surrounding wet dew, oh well.
Anyway today’s run was alright, I knew it’s faster than yesterday’s pace.
Let me calculate now, it’s 4:17 minutes per km, woah that’s good.
Indeed I felt ‘faster’ today, my legs kept on continuously moving, without that tiring ache or lactic you’ll get after awhile.
Also there’s a certain rhythm to it or something like getting into the zone, ya know. You keep on going …
Well as promised yesterday, I did increased the intensity of my upper body. I doubled the reps for my pushup, and oh boy that was ‘fun’.
The tightness after the workout is finally getting back to me, it’s has not been that way for some time now.
Also the abs I stayed at 100 reps, doing flutter kick. I think this week, it’s just the abs, and the next, I’ll add core workout to my routine.
