Today I trained slightly earlier than yesterday.
I managed to finish my work just on time for my evening run.
The thing about running in the evening compared to afternoon, I swapped my sunblock with my mosquito repellent.
The past week it seems my right ankle has been slightly ‘aggravated’.
No it’s not injured, but I felt I’m using my right feet more than my left when running, thus the feeling of worn-out on the right ankle.
So I focused more on my running feet placement today.
I let my left leg lead more than my right, meaning the rhythm of my running starts from the left.
With that I knew my pace will be slow today, and let’s calculate eh … it’s 5:13 minutes per km.
That’s darn slow! But I was running a new route today, unsure of the turns and trail, plus I ran up a hill that’s 12 storey!
Hahaha, that was fun. I was panting halfway through!
Anyway I also slowly get back into the groove into doing my abs. I did 100 reps in one go, but it seems I didn’t get the ‘right footing’ when doing it, and now there’s a slight blister on my tailbone. Freaking hurt man!
I did my upper body with no problem, so I need to increase the intensity on that. I’ve been wanting to do that for the past few weeks now, haha. Alright I’ll do so tomorrow!
