Hi peeps, I’m back from two days of respite.
I skipped Saturday’s training as working hour was horrible. I ended up not doing my run as usual. Oh well.
But I was determined not to miss today’s workout.
I rested awhile after work for some power nap, and to my surprise it was 7pm when I woke up!
Hahaha, so without warming up, I put on some insect repellent stuff on me, and out the door I was.
I think it was the fastest pre-run preparation I ever did.
I was probably having some drool on my cheeks when I was out pounding the pavement.
I skipped today’s body workout, didn’t feel like it and it was kinda late.
The pace today was slow, around 4:38 minute per km.
I thought I was going fast, guess I was wrong. I did felt light earlier … must be my imagination.
Hmmm it’s been awhile since I was in the sub 4:10 pace.
Gotta work on some stuff to go faster eh.
