Today’s weather was slightly better than yesterday, it’s still hot, but there was more shades from the cloud cover.
Still my running pace was however slower despite better weather condition.
It was 4:36 minutes per km and that was disappointing.
During the run, indeed I felt rather ‘slow’. Mentally it was draining too.
Maybe its work, or just that I’m not getting enough sleep.
I’m still enthusiastic about running, maybe a slight deviation from training routine would be good eh.
Before the run I skipped the core and abs workout.
I just didn’t feel like doing it … felt rather bleahhh.
Hahaha, yes that’s the word for it.
My right ankle after the run, felt slightly odd.
So if its still in the same condition tomorrow, I’ll probably rest.
