Alright another fruitful workout day earlier.
I had a day’s rest yesterday. I needed it, albeit feeling alright, I think at my age, prevention is the keyword eh.
So I drew up my running route before hand at mapmyrun, and it was a fast route, with little traffic light in sight.
I would have thought Sembawang was a bigger place, but it isn’t, I think I’ve ventured 80% of the area in just a week.
I ran 4:14 minutes per km, so the pace was alright. I kept on pushing, especially the last part when I followed a bunch of kids on bicycle as pacers.
I also practiced the habit of running on the grass patch. The first half of the run was ran on such ground, while the second half, I picked up the pace and ran on the concrete pavement.
The body workout is nothing out of the usual. The same pushup, pullup and dips. But my core and abs today, I did another variety.
I was doing the same abs and core routine on most days, I think mixing it up, would make it less monotonous.
