Alright another venture of my new route in Sembawang.
Today I ran in the direction of Yishun via Gambas avenue, before making a turn-around back to Sembawang, and then headed back to Woodlands.
I ran 7.41km in 32:18 minutes, that’s about 4:21 minutes per km.
That’s about my average pace for such a hot weather. I was profusely sweating, and hoped my sunblock didn’t wear off.
Luckily there was no sunburns after my run ended.
The body workout itself prior before the run, I added 5 more reps to each sets of my routine, making it 80 reps per sets.
So in total I did 400 reps of abs and core exercises.
Oh boy after doing that plenty, when you start running, I just can’t feel my legs.
It’s already jelly-like feeling even before the run, well that’s good for me, as it ‘numbs’ the incoming pain that’s usually associated with my mileage, haha.
Well another good workout day, tomorrow beckons.
