You know what, I think I’ve ran to every corner in Woodlands, so now I’m venturing Sembawang now.
My place is in-between Woodlands and Sembawang, so I’ve the best of both worlds.
So today I ran to new places finally.
I didn’t plan the route with mapmyrun.com, but ran with my own internal GPS. Guys don’t and will never need directions right :p
Well I’ve ran to Sembawang before, but for most of the route today earlier, I opted for new trails and it was fun.
I ran 8.05km in 35:43 minutes, so that’s about 4:26 minutes per km. Well not bad I guess.
The highlight for today is probably at the fitness area after my run.
Sometimes I’ll always bump into guys who are trying to ‘outdo’ me at the exercise part.
In the first place, I wasn’t looking for any attention, I’m just there to do some dips, pullups and pushups and leave.
But somehow, guys have ego and upon seeing me doing the reps I did, they want to do ‘more’ than me, to flex their muscles so to say.
Hahaha, they can bloody well do what they please, I’m just there for my own stuff and just don’t get in my way.
There’s this one dude today at the fitness area, he practically was showing off his kungfu moves right in-front of me. Like what the fcuk. Yes the kicking, punching, the whole shite … haha. This is no dojo man.
