Hmm not bad for today’s workout. An estimated 8.27km ran in 35:02 minutes.
That’s makes about 4:14 minutes effort per km. A little on the slow side, but encouraging.
I planned to do abs to do, but I reckon that’s a little too early perhaps.
Maybe increase the intensity of the run today, which I did with no problem, get used to it, and then moving on to resuming my body conditioning.
Yeah that’s a better plan.
For the other body conditioning which is usually done in-between my run, well the fitness area I stopped by was just being painted.
So after trying the first set, there was paint smudges on my palm after hanging on the pullup bar, so I opted to do just the finger pushups. To make-up for the lack of pullups, I doubled the reps for finger pushups. That sure was ‘fun’.
I don’t know if its just me or the wet surface, but it seems I just can’t grip well today.
When running, it is as if I was running slippery, there was no traction. Oh well I shall know tomorrow, I shall try again to see the difference.
I’m doing my recovery as of now, eating my food within 40 minutes of my workout, yada yada yada. You know, the usual.
The only discipline I’m having problems currently is sleeping early. Usually its light-out at midnight, but sometimes works beckons or I just can’t seem to sleep. I’ll toss around for like an hour.
I think I just need some adjusting I reckon. Will bring out my calming deep-ocean tapes and try deep breathing later tonight.
