Day 72: Cardio (7.11km in 31:42) |

Like I mentioned yesterday, it makes a whole lot difference if I ran in the afternoon versus late evening.
Well today my pace was around 4:27min per km versus yesterday’s 3:50min per km ran in the evening.
The heat makes the difference I guess, plus I was a little tired today. So the timing was slow.
After the run, I felt a twitch in my right ankle. Some muscle behind there, or it could be ligament ain’t feeling right.
So I’m taking the day off tomorrow and hopefully running again by Thursday.
I did my abs and core today. I’m stuck at 75 repetitions per set for the past few weeks, hoping I’ll increase to 80 reps by next month.
So in total in one-go I did 375 of abs and core reps, keke … I’m crazy. Anyway its good to do core workouts before a run IMO.
Usually when running, if you’re tired you’ll slow down when you hit the wall right. But for me, my legs are already feeling like jelly after the core stuff.
So when I start running, so to begin with I’m already tired before my run. Thus I’ll keep pushing on not knowing the difference, haha.
