Expecting that, I delayed my usual training hours by an hour Yup I was right, when I reached the stadium, there were a few more joggers than the usual Monday mornings. I was surprised, no aunties or ahpek however. Plenty of youngsters around
VO2MaxThis week VO2Max training was much better than last week. The runs timing was kinda evenly distributed over the six sets The above video might seem I’m running at a slow pedestrian pace, well looks can be deceiving. You try it yourself and you’ll know it ain’t a walk in park I aimed to run 51 seconds average, and the six sets did worked out to be average of around 50.9 seconds. But the bad news is that the range between my slowest and fastest sets was at least 4 seconds differences. That’s not good After all these years, I’m still trying to learn to pace myself well. I’ve the experience, but I could do better in this area. So next week, it’s again 51 seconds but an even timing for the whole running set
