Day 56: Cardio (5km Jogging)

Type: Jogging & Body Conditioning

  • Cardio Jogging
    • Target Heartbeat: 50% or 95HB
    • Outcome Heartbeat: 120HB
  • Pullup (5×8)
  • Pushup (5×8)
  • Front/Back/Oblique Abs (Skipped)

Thoughts

Duration: I jogged 28 minutes for 5.23km

Today I ran testing out my twitchy knee. It seems kinda fine, a bit awkward at the start of the run, but it came out ok in the end.

I’m fine to resume my training now, the knee will hold up.

Also today I ran from my new place. Ya know that exhilarating kinda feeling of being somewhere new. Kinda cool to me.

So I ventured out the new place, recce it as much as I can. I don’t really know that much part of this corner of the district, and I think I covered maybe one third of it.

Gimme a few more runs and I’ll have the place memorized well.

To be safe, I ran on the grass patch beside the pavement most of the time. It’s good to do that to reduce the impact bearing on your legs if you’re recovering or hurting from injury.

Well time to get back on the saddle and train again, but I’ve a tinge of hesitation.

Well what else, but work that concerns me. Hmm I shall try my best to focus, good night ya all.
