Thoughts
Duration: I jogged 54 minutes for 11.46km
So I skipped today’s Cooper Test. Wasn’t up for it, mentally. Maybe next week. So with that being skipped, I just did cardio. About an easy hours run.
Last cardio session I ran about the same distance but for longer period. Today was faster as my watch was giving me ‘attitude’ again. The first 5-10 minutes it didn’t record the timing.
So by the time I noticed it, I’m unsure how much time was lost. Well the watch has served me well the past few years. Although the strap is loose and the timing are erratic but I like it still. I’m such a miser!
The run was relaxing, with heavy load of work this week. It’s good to destress and enjoy the scenery. I’ve become rather ‘immune’ of people staring.
It’s not the locals but the foreign workers. Maybe its normal in their country eh, so be it. Or they’re just looking for some love? Well I don’t know but as long nobody disturbs my ‘bubble’, I’m fine with what you want to do.
I ran partial of the route on grass. Instead of the concrete pavement, I ran on the grass patch beside it. Kinda like trail running. It’s good as the uneven ground makes your core work for it. So its like a jogging and stabilizer session. Cool eh.
I didn’t do abs body conditioning today as yesterday I did a difficult one. So I’m resting the abs today. I can ‘torture’ it again tomorrow.
Hopefully I’ll be disciplined enough to sleep early. Yesterday it was around 1AM. It should be 12AM as planned in my schedule. Well tonight hopefully work won’t prolong and extend my sleeping time than required.
