My first day back to logging my training and it was a wet one.
Shower came down quite heavily as I was about to start my workout. I only managed to pathetically complete one set and had to cut the training short .
I skipped the body conditioning too, so that sure sucks.
Today was a bad day and I just want it to end and its those kind of days you can’t do nothing right. Just have to let it go, and let it be.
The timing for the first set is discouraging also but I know I can do better and hit the intended target time. So I hope for tomorrow weights it will be a better day.
