Thoughts
Well work once again took most of my time today, so I had to reshuffle the training and compact the session into a shorter one. I did the workout in the evening, which is quite rare, but the good thing, it wasn’t crowded and I bumped into a fellow fitness blogger
The training session intensity is set at 65% and I know it’s going to be a slow pace. I’m always afraid I’ll develop more slow twitch muscles doing these types of training. Well I hope it won’t lah as the whole time during training I kept telling myself and visualizing I’m a sprinter and more fast twitch muscles was growing within me … hehe
I learned a very important life lesson recently. You must know what you want. Be damn sure you really want it, align yourself with that goal and you will achieve it. I’ve decided to focus full time on my goal and next year I am going to achieve it. No more hoping or wishing. It’s either that or go bust!
The legs are still aching but the upper body is fine. I’ll bet it will ache too as my weights gym day is approaching at the end of the week. Now I just need to recover more, eat my usual diet and be fresh for tomorrow training. One day at a time
