Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. The recovery progress on my busted left knee is slow. I’m in a dilemma to either stop training for now, and let it recover. Or I could keep on training, as I fear I might be losing out on my workouts.
Hmmm oh well the last time I had such an ‘injury’ I believed I continued training, and the stiffness sensation went away by itself. I’ll try that again, and see how my recovery is in two weeks again.
I had a meeting with a client before training, so it was a rush for me to get to Gombak. I left my training partner in the hanging waiting for me, and I felt bad. I’m very tardy, I don’t like to be late!
Well at least we’re even now, as the last time, the training partner gave me the wrong training location. I was at one end of Singapore, while the training group, was at the other end. WTF right, haha. We’re even …
Workout of the Day
The training today wasn’t that intense. I made it that way. It was supposed to be a hard week, as I’m going into the 2nd cycle week, before the load decreases next week.
The busted left knee took it well, and there were a few slight sensation. Nothing serious. At the end of the workout, everything is where it should be. It’s recovery now, good night all.
