
![]() Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. I workout because I can, and I love doing so. Do not try to emulate my training program, I bear no responsibility if you do so. I’m no role-model, not your papa, mama, your soulmate, or someone you can look-up to, nor am I’m a national athlete … I am just a NOBODY. So just leave me be. You know what I spoke too soon. Just the other day I mentioned my fear of running 600m, and today, the coach set the program for such. Hahaha. I can’t go into the specifics of course as it’s not my training program, but it is ran in such a way that works on your pacing, and by the end of the run, you’ll be shagged!
The condition of my busted left knee is complicated. One moment it seems fine, the next the stiffness returns. Luckily tomorrow is my off-day. I contemplated not training today in fact, but looking at the program, the workout is not that impact bearing, so I proceed. I decided to train at Yishun Stadium. My first outing to this location. I need a new change of scenery. NUS track is out of bounds for the next two weeks, and I’m sick of Gombak Stadium. Status

Anyway I bought a new trainer, and it’s delightful buy for me. It just fits nicely on my near-to-flat foot sole. It didn’t ache my arches, it looks cool, and it’s a steal in terms of price. When choosing a trainer, you doesn’t necessarily need to buy the most expensive one. It doesn’t mean it’s any better as the price range increases. Studies even have shown, people get injured more wearing the more expensive running shoes.
It’s all about the feeling. If it fits right when you’re trying the trainers out, then buy it. Don’t look at the price when shopping. That’s I usually do. Anyway back to my training earlier, it was really taxing, especially the last part of the run. The lactic build-up was crazy, but you’ve to keep on running. I tried my best to run ‘relaxed’ but fast, that’s what I’m aiming for. Well there’s a photo of me today, like finally after months. Hope that’s suffice enough eh. I don’t like to camwhore these days.
