Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. I workout because I can, and I love doing so. Do not try to emulate my training program, I bear no responsibility if you do so. I’m no role-model, not your papa, mama, your soulmate, or someone you can look-up to, nor am I’m a national athlete … I am just a NOBODY. So just leave me be.
It seems my plate is full these days. Well it’s not my workout, but my workload has increased. I’ve taken on more responsibility, so with that I must be really diligent with my time.
I believe time is of the essence. Once wasted, you can never retrieve it back. With the tight schedule, every second of my day is utilized fully. I have to admit, I’m more tired these days, but it’s a fruitful effort, be it in my work, or passion in track.

Yesterday’s intense workout, well it had me in tears, but I recovered alright the next day. Nothing too aching, just exhausted as usual, nothing I can’t handle.
The training for today was held quite late, I reckon the coach had something on. This means my schedule will be pushed back, and by the time I finished typing this entry, it will be near midnight. I’ve to adjust my bearings, and sleep early.

Note: I’ve omitted specific details of my training. Previously I was doing and writing my own workout, thus I wasn’t hesitant to share it with other people. Since now I’m doing consistently my coaches program, it’s right and fair that I don’t disclose his workout sessions, but instead just provide a general training detail instead. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

For my program today, it’s all about activating my fast-twitch muscle. I felt kinda pumped earlier, but despite feeling likewise, that didn’t translate during my runs. I’m still the slowest of the pack.
Well I ain’t giving up of course. I’ll keep on trying and pushing myself as best as I can. I know I can do better. I just have to train smart, and keep plugging away.
