Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. I workout because I can, and I love doing so. Do not try to emulate my training program, I bear no responsibility if you do so. I’m no role-model, not your papa, mama, your soulmate, or someone you can look-up to, nor am I’m a national athlete … I am just a NOBODY. So just leave me be.
It seems that these few weeks my form has really dropped, and I’ve been feeling low because of that. I do need to pick myself up of course, and the only way I can do that is to keep on plugging away.
As Galaxy Quest’s Captain Taggart says, never give up, never surrender! Yeah I’m a sci-fi fan. Rather than bitching about it, I’ve got to be patient. My form is bound to improve, what with all the hard training I’ve been doing lately.

Well for today’s training, I arrived far too early than the rest. No one informed me that training today was 6pm, but I was at the training location an hour earlier.
Pffttt, well at least I was able to do my core workouts, and managed to notch a couple of pages of reading time. But I reckon it’s weird if anyone was watching me earlier, as I read my book in my tights, I was also doing my abs in-between.

Note: I’ve omitted specific details of my training. Previously I was doing and writing my own workout, thus I wasn’t hesitant to share it with other people. Since now I’m doing consistently my coaches program, it’s right and fair that I don’t disclose his workout sessions, but instead just provide a general training detail instead. I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The runs for today was kinda alright, I didn’t have that sprint mode feeling. That feeling has been missing for weeks. Every time there’s a need for me to sprint, I’ve this really horrible feeling, and my legs just won’t respond.
Is it mental, my form, or just my age. It has been known that as you get older, you lose your speed, and fast twitch muscles.
But I couldn’t ‘age’ that badly right, to the point of being a slow-poke. Well as I said earlier, I’ll keep on plugging away, “Never give up, never surrender!”.
