Well I woke up today with the aching much worse than previous day. Well it was expected, I did weights on prior workout and the ache is just saying, “Hey good workout”. But still I felt like an old-man the whole day as every action or reaching for anything that requires turning my body or moving, I felt terribly aching! Hahaha
Well anyway today is endurance. Phase 6 has plenty of building the basics such as fitness and strength. Today was six sets of 800m. From the video above, you might observe I might be jogging so relaxed and at a pedestrian pace. But make no mistake, it is taxing. But its all for good … health wise and I love the ‘pain’
I did get annoyed today. My pet peeve when at the stadiums are people who comes to the stadium, sit their ass down, do nothing and just stare at people. Yeah I know its a free country, but isn’t that just annoying, especially when the person is staring at you specifically for like the longest time
Like halloooooo, get a life. If you come to the stadium, do some activities and not ogling at people like some cheap meat, then later on go home, wank to your hearts content with the ogling memories in thoughts.
That’s just gross, but that is probably the likelihood for such ‘cheekopeks’. I’ve even came across by accident people hands in their trousers, probably wanking, who was in the hidden bushes outside the stadium. There was a view straight of the track and people running from that spot
I don’t mince my word as I really hate such freaks. Today some dude stared at me like no business. My workout was like three hours long and there he sat at the stadium for that long. I did mind my own business and focused on my training at hand. Hope he get syphilis
