
![]() Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. I workout because I can, and I love doing so. Do not try to emulate my training program, I bear no responsibility if you do so. I’m no role-model, not your papa, mama, your soulmate, or someone you can look-up to, nor am I’m a national athlete … I am just a NOBODY. So just leave me be. Alright my new plan to once and for all nip in the butt, of my new injury, which is located at the sole of my feet has begun. Since I suspect it’s inflammation, I’ve taken out my usual jogging to the training location out of the equation. It will spare my feet with the heavy impact from all that running. With that, I noticed the swelling isn’t as bad as other days. But the downside, I need to take the bus and I despise such public transport, especially taxi drivers.
For one, you’re at the mercy of their erratic schedule. The system might promise for example 6-9 minutes of waiting time, but the today I waited nearly 20 minutes for the darn bus! I jogged faster than the slow-poke bus by the way. Pfffttt …. Plus it cost a bomb. I’m a frugal person, and at 90 cents per trip, add that up to-and-fro for the whole week, the damage cost could buy me 10 days worth of chicken meat protein. Status
Workout of the Day
Well I’ve no choice since I don’t have my own transport. I guess I’ll have to put up with it until I recover. I just hope it will be all worth it. As for today’s workout, the weather spoiled the day. I arrived just in time at the stadium before the heavy downpour. With that I had to train indoors.
I did a make-shift speed program at the bleachers, and the use of staircase. As long I’m activating my fast twitch muscle, and going for quality training, then I’ve achieved my goal for the day. However since I’m doing it on the heavy cement, I just hope it doesn’t have any affect on my already inflamed sole. I guess I’ll know my condition by tomorrow. So far currently my leg feels fine, slightly exhausted, but nothing to complain about.
