Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. I workout because I can, and I love doing so. Do not try to emulate my training program, I bear no responsibility if you do so. I’m no role-model, not your papa, mama, your soulmate, or someone you can look-up to, nor am I’m a national athlete … I am just a NOBODY. So just leave me be.
Well I can confirm it’s a recurring injury now. My sole of my feet hurts every time I trained. It’s worst after each workout, the area will be tender, and I suspect it’s inflammation, but I can’t be certain. I do hope it’s not chronic.
I took the day off yesterday to rest and recover. It’s just what I need, but the ache at my sole came back again when I started doing impact bearing exercises. I’m still clueless over what might be the cause of it.
Looks like it’s one injury after another for me, sigh. First, the hamstring, now my feet.
My hamstring insertion issues however is getting better in fact. With my new predicament, as usual I’ll never waver. I’ll keep on going, and for the current injury, I’ll try to find the best solution to recover ASAP.
As for my hamstring insertion injury, it seems that I could use my spikes today to train with no issues. It felt alright, nothing was strained. So with that, as planned, I’ll start adding hip-flexor exercises next week, and the following week, the use of tarting blocks.
Workout of the Day
By the way, you know what, I can’t seem to understand people who goes to the stadium, plonk their ass down on the bleachers, does nothing, and start voyeuring. Staring and looking at those who are working-out in the stadium. By jolly you sure won’t lose any fats, or slim-down doing that. Weirdos.
I try my best to stay away for such creeps. I’ve been approached plenty many a times at the stadium, of all places, they wanna hook-up. Buzz off losers.
Back to today’s training log at hand, my timing for today was encouraging, considering that I hit the below targeted time on all my runs. So that’s good.
I just pray next week, my good form will still continue, and this new ‘injury’ of mine will be gone by then. Gotta keep the faith right … Alright gotta do my recovery, and more munching of calories. Good night, and train smart!
