Thoughts
The third day of cardio was getting better. More mileage and I’m warming up to the distance running. The leg feeling less stiff and it was great running on flats or up and down the plentiful of bridges
Half the time I’m running on grass beside the pavement, so the knee is ‘saved’ from all the impact. Another good thing running on trail is that you need to balance more during the run as the terrain is uneven. So your core gets a workout too
As usual there was drivers trying to beat the zebra crossing, darn buggers. These days I act cool and let it be, compared to previous occasion where I went a little ‘berserk’
Another three more days of cardio. Tomorrow I shall see if I’ll add pullups and pushups to the routine. The body is slightly aching, and the morning tomorrow I shall know if it will get any worse
