Thoughts
Well I thought of adding abs workout to the routine today but I skipped it. Ain’t feeling too good today, I was still kinda stiff and it was evident during my run
The legs wasn’t just in sync with each other, but I still pushed hard. I ran up a couple of bridges, good staircase workout there as usual and today I was sweating more than yesterday, so that was a good sign
I recovered with my normal contrasting ice bath and it was sedap (nice). Tomorrow or in fact later today another workout. I can’t wait for that
