Day 22: Cardio

Type Workout: Jogging & Body Conditioning

Duration: 34 minutes 04 seconds for 6.8km (Around evening)

  • Cardio Jogging
    • Target Heartbeat: 70% or 133HB
    • Outcome Heartbeat: 200HB
  • Pullup (6×5) Skipped
  • Pushup (6×5) Skipped
  • Front/Back/Oblique Abs (5×50) Skipped

Thoughts

For many people its hard for them to do workouts on regular basis, as for myself its hard for me NOT to train. Well I had to, barring myself from doing workouts this week as I need to rev down the training level to a minimum low, for one I need the recovery and also to start fresh when the next training cycle starts

In my thoughts always when I was not training last week, that I’m growing inches of fat as I lay dormant. Yes like for real, kinda like a withdrawal syndrome. And please I’m not being vain, but training has been part of my lifestyle my whole life and not doing it is similar to not eating or drinking

Today marks a week before my next cycle starts and I slowly get back into the groove by doing some cardio, minus the abs and pullups. Tomorrow I’ll add abs and the next training I’ll add the pullups next

It is said it takes two weeks before your previous training effort is completely wiped out, well today’s jog prove to be a challenge. I find that my left leg is kinda ‘dead’. I had trouble to keep it in sync with my right leg. It took near the end of the run before it warms up to the jogging

Also the run timing today had error on it, I forgot to press it when I started. Duh ….
