Thoughts
This entry is like two days late. It was supposed to be a Monday’s entry but blame it on soccer. Yes the Euro 2008 has come and its screwing up my life literally, haha. Constant late nights staying up is bad but hey it’s every two years
Of course I try not to miss my training, but the blog entries will be late obviously when every planned is pushed back when you tend to wake up and sleep at odd hours. Well if I’m not blogging, you now know the reason why
Ok back to my run, it was one of my longer jogs I’ve done. I decided to do so as I want to taper my training this week. I’ve some kind of event I’ll be running during the weekend
So the training intensity and frequency reduces this week, thus I’ll be ‘fresh’ and eager to run when the day comes. It is my club running event, I’ll be running the relays only. No individual events, as I’ve not been training for that
