Disclaimer: By doing my workouts and blogging it online here, I’m not seeking attention, nor am I an exhibitionist. I’m the type that follow-through my training much better if I put it in writing. I workout because I can. So do not try to emulate my program, I bear no responsibility if you do so. I’m no role-model, nor am I’m a national athlete, I’m just a nobody. Just leave me be.

I didn't took any photo today, so here's the best picture I could find online of the new location I went to for my training
I had the most horrible ache when I woke up this morning.
It was from yesterday’s weight session I reckon.
My traps felt like someone sledgehammer it, while my whole body ache like never before.
The ache has been a constant stay since the week started, when I embarked on my new training program.
Yup the trial workout I’m testing for my next year training program. Oh boy the things I do for the love of sports eh.
Still I’m not complaining, I’m relishing in such workouts, as it gave me a natural high every time I’m out there sweating.
Today my former training buddy joined me once again. It’s good that he joined, as if I were to do today’s workout alone, it will be a torture.
Anyway I managed to ‘psycho’ him into doing more sets than he intended to do, keke.

I do have my reservation for today’s workout however. It seems that my run didn’t quite taxed me as I feared it would.
Meaning I wasn’t really pushed to the limit, and my timings are better than expected. I suspect maybe the distance I ran today ain’t 400m, but lesser.
Well on my next outing there, I’ll measure the track to confirm my suspicion.
Well it’s the new year eve now, and I wish all my readers a festive night ahead, train smart, and happy new year.
