Day 177: Cardio (11.66km in 52:19min) |

I still felt ‘fat’ today, so I did purely just cardio. It was a slow long run targeting my fat burning zone.
The pace for today was 4:29 minute per km, and it was pretty good, considering the mileage.
Despite the good pace, I could still enjoy my run. It was a relax pace, I could look around, enjoying the scenery, and people watching.
The only time I speed up my pace was when I was chasing a shuttle bus. I could keep up with it for three traffic lights, and two bus-stops.
After that, it was too far ahead, and I went back to my usual laxed pace.
I’m going to enjoy my Sunday tomorrow, have a good chill, before resuming another week of work and smart training.
