Alright it’s back to tapering once again this week. That’s two days of training, Wednesday off, and my physical on Thursday.
Today I tried a mock 8:45 minute run. I covered 2.24km, which is rather disappointing. I should have pushed slightly more. I’ll try to do push harder tomorrow.
The overall pace for today was 3:59 minute per/km.
As for the upper body and abs/core, no issue there. I reduced the reps for today, and it will be even lesser for tomorrow.
I foresee no problem on my upcoming physical test unless of course I get diarrhea again! Touch wood eh …
Well it’s time to hit the sack for my beauty sleep. Recovery is very important if you want to improve.
