Hmm it seems my mileage pace these few days has been considerably fast. Considering I did 4:15 minute per km without even breaking a sweat.
I opted to run really easy today, and the pace was good enough on days where I was really struggling on previous workouts.
Well I’ve not changed anything drastically, my trainers are still the same, maybe my running techniques has improved a little with Alexander Technique, and I’ve been focusing on proper breathing when running.
I did however have been taking a can of RedBull before my workouts recently. It has been know caffeine helps, but I would have thought it would do little help in endurance type of running.
I only drank it to give me an extra boost in my upper body training. I’ll keep observing this new improvement of mine.
Again I’ve to start tapering once again this week, for my upcoming Thursday physical, which was moved from last week to the next.
What a bummer for me. So the coming Monday to Tuesday it’s workout days, and Wednesday it’s off day from training.
I’ll layoff my supplements for now to get a lasting effect on actual physical test day.
