![]() It sure feels relieved to be back pounding the pavement again, and sweating it out. I was out for three days due to diarrhea. The first two days was awful, feeling all weak. The third day, my appetite returned, and I was out and about working out today. Of course I didn’t exert too much today. The pace was slower I reckon, let me calculate now eh … it’s 3:56 minute per km. Eh wait … how come my pace is considerably fast when I was taking it slow. I reckon it’s my tapering for my physical test that worked. I was due to take the physical yesterday, but it was moved to the end of next week. I just hope another round of tapering will work again this time round next week, as sometimes it’s hard to peak twice in such a short period of time. Anyway as usual when I was out and about today, cars once again tried to beat the pedestrian and joggers like me at the zebra crossing or traffic light. We’ve the right of way of course, and it doesn’t hurt for these drivers to stop for awhile, rather than just accelerate away when we’re just inches away. The cars to be added to the Hall of Shame today is yellow colored cab SHA 897D and white colored car, the number plate for which I forgot, duh!
