Day 168: Cardio (6.14km in 26:06min)

Looks like my pace for this week’s cardio run so far is on par, on average it’s 4:15 min per/km.

The run itself was late in the evening when it was after sunset, and with that, the temperature is ideal for a quickie run without panting too much.

I could only afford a run below 30 minutes today, as I had to sleep early due to an early appointment.

I did pure pull-ups at the fitness corner only as my physical test approaches. Well I foresee no issues on that front.

I just wish I had more than 24 hours in a day, don’t we all eh.

Plenty to do, but so little time … oh well.
