Day 167: Cardio (5.18km in 22:11min) |

I’ll get straight to the point as I’ve 3 minutes only for this entry. My reservist has started, and on top of that I’ve to do my usual working stuff at the end of the day.
So time is of the essence. But that does not mean when you’re working-out, you’ll have to rush for your training program.
Rather be flexible, focus on quality rather than quantity. Makes up the frequent sets with lesser rest time and higher reps.
Today’s pace was 4:16 minute per km. I seem to do better on the pace when I run shorter mileages.
Of course I did the usual abs/core and upper body before the run. In between the run, I also did the usual upper body again. I increased my pull-up reps by one with no problem today.
Well it’s time to recover now by consuming my food, then resuming the pile-up of work, and bedtime around midnite, before starting the same routine again tomorrow. Good night!
