Day 162: Cardio (10.13km in 44:44min) |

Well as with Monday, it rained today. And it started to drizzle heavily when I was just about to warm-up. I slowly did my abs, core and upper body due to the downpour.
For me rain or shine, it doesn’t matter as I’ll be training no matter what, but if you do want to run in the elements such as a heavy downpour, be smart about it.
Wear something that can at least make you warm and is running-proof. Also don’t be a moron when there’s lightning and thunder present. It’s better to wait until such dissipate.
I resumed my cardio when the lightning and thunder began to wane. So off I went and today’s timing is pretty cool and auspicious.
It’s 44:44min. And the pace was 4:24min per km.
The run itself was very slippery for me. I practically had no traction when I do need some speed while running. I did several fartleks along the route.
I ended with upper body and this time round I finally did pull-ups, considering my reservist is coming up, I should at least train a little for it.
