Day 160: Cardio (7.3km in 30:45min) |

Sometimes I wonder if I’ll always be alone in my quest for healthy living. So far my journey has been solely my initiative, and it’s hard to find a training partner who have similar goals and vision as me.
So far I’ve been fortunate to have an old training buddy who joins me on the occasion, but he’s in a different place in his life now, planning for his marriage and future career. I can’t be too selfish to always seek him to join my workouts.
And don’t even get me started on my love life, if finding a training partner is let alone difficult, searching for your soulmate who also have the same penchant for training and healthy living is like finding a needle in haystack.
Anyway I’m not too bothered about that, I’ll just focus on myself for now. If things are meant to be, it will happen.
Today the training was rather fast, just cardio for me, and I skipped abs/core and upper body as I had a good workout yesterday, plus work beckons.
The pace was 4:12 minute per km. So far a sub 4 minute pace has been elusive for me the past few months. I’ll keep working on it …
