I trained late today as once again work dominated the day, but I managed to get off in late evening for my training. I think I got my retribution for not training regularly when things tend to go wrong many a times today
For one, when I was cycling, my bicycle slipped, and thumped I dropped to the floor and my body skidded a distance with the speed I was going. Luckily it was not gravel that I kissed, but instead it was ceramic. Still it hurts, my left knee took the brunt of the fall. My right knee already has issues, now its complete pair eh
I think any lesser person would call it a day, quit, go home and cry to their girlfriends, but not this Uncle. I got up, assessed my knee, looks and feel kinda ok, off I went to the stadium to train. My second-hand bicycle now has more battle wound. It now creaks and more banged-up than usual

Thoughts
Today timing was horrendous. Firstly it was raining, but still I’m sure it can’t get that bad in my performance. I told myself at least not beyond 60 seconds timing, but it seems I sucked today. My worst timing ever, I ran a 63.8 seconds for the last run
I think it has to be the distance I was running. I think I ran extra, thus the timing today was kinda longer than usual. I ran on the start located at the 100m starting point there, and assumed that I ran 300m. I was trying something different, that’s why I ran today’s route, plus it has lesser people gawking at that start area
As the sets increases, the timing too. It’s bad, from 51 seconds for my best timing to 63 seconds for the worst. The range between it, is 12 seconds, that’s bad. So it got to be the extra distance I ran. But still the average was kinda ok, around 56 seconds. I guess next time stick to the usual running route eh
