Day 159: Cardio (7.67km in 33:37min) |

The condition of my chest area today was slightly sore, and I attribute that to yesterday’s gym workout.
I improved my bench press by slightly, MAX total weight at 72.5kg, my personal best so far. The rest of my body was fine, and it goes to show I need to increase the reps/sets or weights/intensity for my lower body.
Aside from my soreness, my left leg felt slightly weird too. Since Monday’s run, there’s this twinge of a feeling around my calf area there. I’m observing my condition closely, and will modify my training if the ‘feeling’ persist.
The pace today was 4:22 minute per/km, kinda slow for me, but I was running with precaution with my earlier left leg issue.
I ran a semi-new route today, venturing the Singapore Sports School area there. It’s been a while since I last took a look at the place.
The run was kinda alright, uneventful as usual, and I focused on my form, no slouching, maintaining a relaxed efficient running style as much as possible.
