Day 157: Cardio (8.24km in 38:17min) |

Well I’ve to admit I had a good recovery period the past two days as I rested. I was feeling kinda jaded and the respite really did wonders to my energy level.
Today I did my cardio with an old training buddy. It was purely running, no core, abs nor upper body.
I ran the first part of the run with a 4:23min p/km pace. The thing about running in the morning is that, it felt so stiff for me. I just couldn’t fine the rhythm.
The middle part of the run, my friend joined me. The pace was 5:06 min p/km. There were really steep elevation as we ran up a hill, so I reckon the pace was faster than it seems.
The last part of the run, I bid goodbye to my friend, and ran back home. The pace was 5:10min p/km. Yup right about now, I just took it slow.
Overall my pace for the whole distance was 4:38min p/km, kinda alright. It’s the end of the training week, and the intensity is usually low right.
