Day 155: Cardio (9.62km in 41:15min) |

Today is the second day in a row of my workout session that rained. Well it’s monsoon season period over here, so I’m not surprised of the weather.
It’s a nice change from the usual hot scorching weather. Today I didn’t even break a sweat running my pace of 4:17 minute per km.
The downside is, I can’t go any faster because it’s so wet. Any step I took to speed up, there was just no traction, and I fear slipping injuring myself, so I ran at a constant pace.
I did however did a period of fartleks during my run earlier. It was kinda ok, and done over a more well traction surface.
I skipped the upper body workout as it started to shower much heavier as I approached the fitness corner. Anyway I had a good core, abs and upper body routine before the run.
Well keep warm people, it’s flu time season.
