Day 152: Cardio (9.97km in 43:35min) |

The past few days I’ve been sore, but the recovery steps I took seem to be working. The abs is less sensitive and my legs is fresh for a long run today.
I met my weekly cardio training buddy as usual. The first part of the run I ran my pace. Then the second part with the buddy I slowed down, and the last part I ran my pace again.
The pace was 4:22 minute per km, which was alright considering the mileage I did.
But I felt I could run more when I finally ended my route. Looks like I’m improving eh. Well the training week is coming to an end. Time to recover and recuperate.
