Yesterday’s gym sure took its toll on my body. I was all sore when I woke up this morning, especially in my abdomen region, and my core.
I reckon it was the inclined abs with 20kg plate, plus the squats I did the day before.
Well with that, I took more sleeping time to recover. The diet is the same as usual however.
Today’s cardio, well I’m not up for a 40 minute run, so I opted for a shorter workout time.
I also took a new route. I was sick tired of the usual old jogging area. I know the land by hard, every inch of it, so a change of running route was in order.
The pace today was 4:06 minute per km, quite alright, but I was holding, likely due to the soreness. It’s like I’ve this heavy ball bearing between my legs that’s slowing me down. Hahaha …
