Another shitty day at work this week, again pushed back my training hours. So today, or yesterday that is I can only managed some cardio and body conditioning only
I’ve found a good place to do my body workout without the stares. I meant there will always be, but lesser this time round. Wonderful abs session accompanied by my trusty iPod
During my pullup and pushup time, my workout area was shared with some qigong practitioner. They decided to use the exercise area for their workout too. I had no problems with it. This is what I called multiracial usage of an area
