Day 149: Cardio (9.61km in 41:16min) |

Hi there! I shall keep it brief today as work awaits after this entry and my dinner.
I started the training a bit groggy, but nothing like a good workout to jolt me back to reality.
The pace was 4:17 minute per km, which was kinda ok.
After the run, for the upper body workout, I added 5 more reps to my dips.
It made all the difference as I was ‘working’ harder than previous session.
Well slowly but surely I’ll achieve my goals soon enough …
