Day 148: Cardio (6.88km in 28:00min)

Today I was feeling sore. I would like feel the same way every other Wednesday as I usually have my gym days the day before. I started to frequent the gym since last week. Finally an old training buddy to pair up for gym workout.

In fact I hate going to the gym alone, sometimes you find the most awful person around there. Today I was sore at my chest and legs. I did 70kg and 390lbs MAX for bench press and leg press respectively.

So the cardio today is free and easy for me to recuperate. I skipped my abs/core routine before the run.

While during the run, as funny as it may sound, I had the urge to go to the toilet. Yeah the dilemma every runner has now and then. Before the run, I would usually clear my bowels, but I felt fine earlier, so it’s best to go even when you don’t ‘feel’ it eh.

Alright I’m grossing you right about now eh, well back to the training at hand, the pace today was 4:04 minute per km. Still a little too fast, and I was surprised at the pace outcome, as I thought I was going slow.

Maybe I’m improving, that’s always good. Anyway I skipped my upper body today due to my bowels issue. Had to sprint home to do my ‘business’ if you get what I mean.
