I clocked my longest mileage ever, yeah I know peanuts to some of you, but an achievement for me.
It was the last cardio day of the week, and it was a hot one too. Half the time, I was imagining jugging down that cold H2O. I still am now! Hahaha.
The thing about jogging long distances is that over time, your form ‘deteriorate’. You need to keep good form or by habit you’ll would conform to this deterioration for your runs often, which is not good.
It can result in injuries, stress fractures, etc if your running form is poor. So when running, do it right, make it a habit to remind yourself at every moment.
After my run, I completed my upper body. I’m still not doing any pullups which is shame. Albeit not feeling any discomfort on the forearm anymore, it’s best I let it be.
Maybe around December I shall resume my old routine, for now I’m thinking to at least maintain my physique on that area, some forearm curls perhaps, and dumbbell weights for the shoulders and such.
