Today I woke up sore more slightly than normal days. Why? Well I went to the gym the day before with an old training buddy. The last time I went to the gym I reckon was back in March.
So that’s a testament that one don’t need to get and maintain a good physique with a visit to the gym, your average fitness corner or simple dumbell in your home is suffice, that is if you do it right.
Now I’ll be going to the gym once a week, to really target the specific muscle groups, have some mass, and load heavy.
The run today I took was easy like a stroll. The pace was 4:32 minute per km. Very relaxed for me.
I’m still not doing any pullups as the forearm discomfort while not that serious, there’s still some niggling feeling there. I fear my lats and upper shoulder would be affected in the long run.
Oh well recovery come first, and I could start from scratch again developing that muscle area.
