I love sleeping. I don’t really sleep long hours, but when it comes to dozing off, I’m very particular about it. On a daily basis I need 6-7 hours for the night session, and a minimum of 30 minutes for my nap.
But the thing is, for the nap session, I always have a problem with it, as I tend to overshot the sleeping time. On some days, it would extend to 2 hours, hehe. Well that’s not a power nap, but really a long slumber right.
I love my naps, and it’s essential for my quick recovery before my workout. You should try it or add to your routine, as you’ll wake up more refreshed after a few winks.
And yes today my nap was extended yet again. I planned for a 45 minutes nap, but I was awake one hour fifteen minutes later *chuckled*
Still it was a good nap as I started my workout week. Everything went well. I felt I’m much more ‘bigger’ these days. How do I know? Well my shorts and top seems tighter than usual.
Either my laundry shrink my apparels, or my training plan/goals is going well as scheduled.
The pace for today was 4:23 minute per km by the way.
