Today’s training was perfect for me. I finished work early and had all the time in the world. After my short nap, I did my pre-cardio workout of my abs and core.
I left my place with the weather absolutely fine, although there was a slight drizzle. Just slightly anyway, but it stop afterwards.
I managed to finally clocked above 10km mileage today in a long time.
The pace was 4:32 minute per km. Yup I was going for the long and slow run today.
I wasn’t really panting real hard, I just ‘told’ my leg to keep on moving, don’t slouch, focus on posture and relax. It was a relaxing run.
Ending at the fitness corner, I finished off the workout with the usual upper body. The sun was still out when I finished. That’s a first in a long time.
