I had a late night the previous day. I slept like 4am, and obviously my usual sleep pattern was interrupted. I don’t really stay up late often, rarely in fact, but once in a while, it’s alright to party.
Anyway with being my sleeping time extended beyond usual, I woke up later than normal days. The thing about getting back into your usual normal rhythm, well it can be tough.
I expect it will take 2-3 days of getting back to my usual routine.
The pace today was 4:06 minute per km. I decided to run fast as I was pressed for time, so what’s new right.
It was a pretty decent run, there wasn’t much light left when I finally made my final stop at the fitness corner to do my upper body workout.
I did the usual routine, minus the pullups due to my forearm discomfort issue. As weird as it sounds, I miss doing the pullups.
