Looks like I’ve to get used to the new training time. For the past month, I’ve been working out in the late evening, so as to accommodate my breaking of fast for the Ramadhan period.
Now it’s over, it’s back to late afternoon training session.
There’s the pro and cons of working out in both respective sessions. For example, if I were to train in the afternoon, well later in the day after my workout, I’ll be guzzling down my fluids like there’s no tomorrow.
I didn’t have that similar sort of dehydration when I was training in the evening. I reckon the heat, humidity, and weather plays a factor.
Today’s training was fine, except the forearm discomfort yet again. It has been bugging me for the past month.
Well I thought by replacing finger pushups with normal ones would suffice. It seems that I get the ache from doing pullups too.
So no more pullups for now until I recover fully, but I’ve got to fine an alternative that will target my lats and overall upper body. Doing dips and pushups ain’t enough.
