New training week, and I’ve never felt better than before. I’m adapting well to the new routine.
The soreness of my legs has subsided. I reckon it’s 85% recovered, with slight discomfort only.
My current target for my weekly mileage is 30km. That’s 40 minutes or either 10km of running per cardio session.
Today I hit 41 minute just nice when I reached my place. The pace was around 4:38 minute per km.
Yup I took it slow and easy today. I want to hit my cardio fat burning zone.
The upper body training was alright, completed the total set with no problem, well aside from the forearm discomfort that is.
It’s public holiday here and I’ve been eating like a pig, nothing like a good workout to sweat it all out.
